1. Our position on logs

EllevenVPN does not log your browsing activity, DNS queries, IP addresses, traffic content, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage. We can't share what we don't have.

2. What we do collect

To operate the service, we store the following minimal data:

  • Device identifier — a randomly-generated, hashed UUID created on your device. It cannot be linked back to your real identity.
  • WireGuard public key — required to establish your encrypted tunnel.
  • Tunnel IP — the internal VPN IP (e.g. 10.8.0.5) we assign your device.
  • Subscription status — whether you're on the free or premium tier, validated against Apple/Google receipts.
  • Platform — "ios" or "android", for routing and analytics in aggregate only.

We do not collect your name, email, real IP address, browsing history, or any payment information beyond what's already handled by Apple and Google.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your credit card or banking details. We receive only a verification token confirming an active subscription.

4. Advertising

The free tier shows occasional ads via Google AdMob. Ads may use device-level advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), which you can reset or limit in your system settings. Premium users see no ads at all.

5. Data location

Service data is stored in Supabase (Postgres). Tunnel servers are located in the United States, the Netherlands, and Singapore. None of these servers retain logs of your traffic.

6. Third parties

  • Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing, app distribution.
  • Supabase — backend database hosting.
  • Vultr — VPN server infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare — DNS for our domain.
  • Google AdMob — advertising for the free tier.

7. Your rights

You can delete all data associated with your device by uninstalling the app. There is no account to "log out of" — the only identifier we hold is the device UUID, which is deleted along with the app data.

8. Children

EllevenVPN is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change. Major changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date and announced in-app.
